So, the WRT54GL I ordered arrived today (ordered from NCIX BTW).
The interesting thing was that the router came with corrupted Linksys firmware, so I had to flash the latest Linksys firmware via TFTP. The issue was the tftp utility that comes with OS X and Linux doesn’t allow the use of passwords (totally normal, TFTP isn’t supposed to use passwords), I had to use a modified tftp, that allowed me to tftp in using a password (can be downloaded from here.)
I then, flashed DD-WRT on it. Next up, OpenWRT when I get the time.
GNOME 3.0 is out!
Can’t wait till this hits the stable repos in Arch.
I’m really liking XFCE 4.8 and tint2 is awesome as well. xD
Oh, before anyone asks.

Postler BCC Field bug fix committed!
So about a week or so ago, I started testing the new e-mail client called Postler put out by the Elementary team.
I noticed a bug in the compose window. There was no BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field in it. So I filed a bug via Launchpad.
Today I got an e-mail saying that a fix for the bug has been committed. Yay for open source!
Bug page:

Thanks to Christian Dywan for the fix.
Also, this is me on Launchpad.
Sexy desktop
My new Ubuntu desktop with a brand new Conky config.
The theme is just Ambiance with Faenza icons.
You can find the Conky config I used here.
P.S - I do realize that the clock in the Conky config is redundant, but I’m too lazy to go and change the config now. And also, click image to enlarge.
P.P.S - No more snow. Don’t ask.
