IRC rat

I’ve just noticed that I do not converse with people on MSN anymore, instead I’m spending whole days in IRC channels.

If anybody is trying to reach me via MSN, and I haven’t replied, sorry.

I usually hangout in the Freenode server (irc.freenode.net) [nick- staticsafe],

channels you’ll find me in - #twil, #asininetech

I do realize that to most people IRC is a foreign concept so I’ll make it easy:

Visit webchat.freenode.net

Just pick whatever nickname you want. In the channel field, put #asininetech.

Now IRC channels are PUBLIC, so anybody can join and see what you’re saying. For a more private way of talking to people (especially me), execute this command:

/msg staticsafe [insert message here]

This is how you register your nickname:

/msg NickServ register [password] [e-mail]

and then if you want to login with that nick again:

/msg NickServ identify [password]
