Yuri from Angel Beats! looks almost like Haruhi from TMHS.
Differences:
-Yuri has purple hair, Haruhi has black
-Yuri has green eyes, Haruhi has black-amberish
-Yuri has a greenish ribbon, Haruhi has a golden one.
