Sexy desktop
My new Ubuntu desktop with a brand new Conky config. The theme is just Ambiance with Faenza icons. You can find the Conky config I used here. P.S - I do realize that the clock in the Conky config is redundant, but I’m too lazy to go and change the config now. And also, click image to enlarge. P.P.S - No more snow. Don’t ask.

Who's Afraid of the Verizon iPhone? →
chipotle: There’s not a lot to say about the Verizon iPhone that wasn’t said months ago at this point, which is oddly fascinating in its own way. Objectively, this should not be a big deal, right? Nobody wastes much ink (or many pixels) speculating about what the next Blackberry or Android device means for… I love my Android phone. Oh, and I do care about the OS. :)

Libreoffice has a PPA!
Hot off the RSS feeds! Libreoffice has a PPA for Ubuntu users. Details: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install libreoffice PPA is for 10.04, 10.10 and 11.04.
